When I started my wedding outfit search, I quickly realized two things: I wanted custom designs and I did not want to get my outfits done in India. I met with Harleen Kaur in New York City and initially thought I would have her do 1 wedding look. I was quickly impressed by her work and she ended up designing 4 of my looks and 3 looks for my husband!
The custom bridal design process with Harleen was collaborative and comforting from the very beginning. I went to meet with Harleen every 2 weeks on average for 6 months leading up to our wedding. I was able to explain to Harleen what I envisioned and she literally brought my ideas to life.
I would explain my vision and then she would sketch it for me, make me a CAD drawing, order me a swatch of the exact fabric/pattern I wanted and then make the final piece. The step by step process made me feel at ease as a bride about our wedding outfits. Harleen is also extremely organized and would clearly communicate along the way. She provided input when we felt unsure about what to do.
Our outfits were exactly what we
envisioned. They fit perfectly & looked amazing. We felt so comfortable and confident during our wedding weekend while wearing Harleen Kaur!
Harleen has incredible talent and is so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Harleen's custom bridal process to anyone getting married. She is patient, gifted, talented, creative, organized and very professional.
