• We will review your request and be in touch to get photos in order to evaluate the condition and help you determine what price to sell it at. 
• Once it's listed and sells on our reFresh page, we'll send you a prepaid label to ship the item within 1-3 business days.
• Once the buyer confirms the item was received in the same condition in which it was listed, you'll receive 85% of the resale value as store credit.
