DELIVERY
Ready-to-Ship: Anything in our ready-to-ship section will usually arrive in 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. Most orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. If you need your order urgently, feel free to indicate the date in the notes section at checkout but please note that this is not a guarantee. Email us at info@harleenkaur.us for confirmed delivery times and instructions on how to place your order if you need it rushed.
Made-to-Order: Production times vary for our made-to-order garments and are listed directly on the product page. Since we produce everything here in NYC with local factories, we are able to offer rush productions, although this may incur an additional fee. Feel free to email us at info@harleenkaur.us if you'd like to inquire about a delivery time.
SHIPPING
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
The shipping carriers we use are USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Domestic standard shipping is free with any purchase over $300. Standard shipping transit time is 2-5 business days and we reserve the right to use any of the carriers listed above at our discretion. There will be additional shipping options quoted at checkout, which you are welcome to select if you'd like a specific service.
If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email info@harleenkaur.us. Please note we are not able to guarantee shipping address changes but we will do our best to accommodate. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit. In this event please contact the carrier with your tracking number for any special delivery requests. If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route. Package Protection is automatically added at checkout for orders over $300. We strongly recommend adding a signature as well for orders valued over $500. This package protection protects your entire order value in the event anything is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
If you do not opt to include the package protection, and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit. If you choose to remove that from your cart, or choose not to ask us to add any insurance to your package, we are not liable and all clams should be made with the carrier used.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
There will be several shipping options quoted at checkout that you may choose from. Most countries impose customs and duties taxes for items that are shipped into the country. The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions, need estimates or have problems during check out please email info@harleenkaur.us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please kindly note that we cannot accommodate complimentary resize requests for international customers, but we will do our best to offer a solution if needed.
